ประโยคภาษาอังกฤษพร้อมใช้ เมื่อประชุมออนไลน์
เมื่อผู้เข้าประชุมลืมเปิดไมค์ เราอาจจะบอกเขาว่า
- Sorry, I can’t hear you.
- Could you turn on your mic?
- Can you unmute yourself?
- Please turn on your mic.
- Please unmute your mic.
- You’re muted, [name]. Could you turn on your mic?
- Are you talking? I think you’re muted.
- We can’t hear you. Can you hear us?
- You’ve got your mic muted / turned off.
เมื่อต้องการขอให้ผู้เข้าประชุมปิดไมค์
- Please turn off your mic.
- Please mute your mic.
- I can hear background noises. Can everyone go on mute?
- There’s some background noise. Can you mute yourself?
- Everyone, if you’re not speaking, please put yourself on mute.
- Can you put yourself on mute when you’re not talking?
- Can everyone go on mute?
🔈 Turn on = Unmute เปิดไมค์ 🎙
🔇 Turn off = Mute ปิดไมค์
❌ You are mute.
✅ You are muted.
✅ You are on mute.
เมื่อตนเองลืมเปิดไมค์ แล้วพอมีคนบอกให้คุณเปิดไมค์ด้วย สามารถพูดได้ว่า
- Sorry, I was on mute.
ตัวอย่างบทสนทนา
Yaya: I can’t hear May.
Nadech: May, I think you are on mute. We can’t hear you. Can you unmute yourself?
May: Oh! Sorry, I was on mute.
เมื่อได้ยินเสียงผู้เข้าประชุมไม่ค่อยชัด
- I can’t hear you clearly.
- I can’t hear anyone.
- I can’t hear [name]. Can everyone else hear [name]?
- The sound quality is poor / not very good.
- You are / Your voice is breaking up.
- You broke up. Can you say that again?
👩🏫Break up (V.) = เสียงแตกจนทำให้อีกฝ่ายได้ยินไม่ชัด - There’s a lot of noise in the background.
❌ ไม่ควรพูดว่า You can’t speak clearly. เพราะจะมีความหมายว่า “คุณพูดไม่ชัด”
เมื่อต้องการขอให้ผู้เข้าประชุมเช็กไมค์ / ลำโพง
- Could you check your microphone please?
- Please check that your speaker volume is turned up high / loud enough.
เมื่อต้องการเช็กว่าผู้เข้าประชุมคนอื่นได้ยินเสียงคุณหรือไม่
- Can you hear me ok?
- Can you hear me now?
- Can you hear us?
เมื่อต้องการขอให้ผู้เข้าประชุมพูดซ้ำ
- Sorry?
- Pardon?
- What was that?
- Sorry, I didn’t catch that.
- Could you say that again?
- Could you repeat that (for me)?
👩🏫 “Repeat” แปลว่า “say it again” ดังนั้นจึงไม่ต้องมีคำว่า again อีก
เมื่อต้องการขอให้ผู้เข้าประชุมพูดเสียงดังขึ้น
- Could you speak more loudly?
- Could you speak louder?
- Sorry, my hearing is bad. Could you speak up please?
เมื่อต้องการขอให้ผู้เข้าประชุมพูดช้าลง
- Could you speak more slowly?
- Could you speak slower?
- Could you slow down a bit, please?
❌ ไม่ควรพูดว่า Why do you speak so quietly?
เมื่อต้องการขอให้ผู้เข้าประชุมเปิดกล้อง
- I can’t see you. Please turn on your camera / webcam / video.
เมื่อต้องการแจ้งผู้เข้าประชุมว่า ตนไม่สะดวกเปิดกล้อง เพราะกล้องใช้งานไม่ได้
- Sorry, my webcam is not working.
เมื่อตนพูดชนพร้อมกับผู้ร่วมประชุมอีกท่าน สามารถเชิญให้อีกฝ่ายพูดก่อน โดยพูดว่า
- Sorry, go ahead.
- Oh, I’m sorry. Go on.
- Please, you go first.
❌ ไม่ควรพูดว่า I’m really sorry. Please go now.
เมื่อตนเองกำลังจะแชร์หน้าจอ
- Let me share my screen. (Please give me a moment.)
- I’m going to share my screen / screen share. (Here it is.)
❌ ไม่ควรพูดว่า I’d like to show off my screen. หรือ I’m going to share the face screen.
เมื่อต้องการเช็กว่าผู้ร่วมประชุมเห็นหน้าจอที่ตนแชร์หรือไม่
- I’m sharing my screen. Can everyone see it?
- Can everyone see my screen?
เมื่อต้องการบอกผู้ร่วมประชุมว่า คุณแชร์ผิดหน้าจอ
- I think you are sharing the wrong screen / window / tab.
เมื่อต้องการให้ผู้ร่วมประชุมพิมพ์คำตอบในช่อง Chat
- You could type your answer in the chat (box).
- I’ll put the survey link into the chat (box). (Here it is.)
- In the chat, please share your idea about …
- I’m seeing / I can see (many / load of) responses / comments.
เมื่อสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตของตนเองขัดข้อง ทำให้ได้ยินคนอื่นไม่ชัด
- Sorry, I’m having a bad connection. Could you say that again?
- My signal is not very strong.
- I am / was having connection issues / a connection issue.
- I’ve got a bad connection.
- The / my connection is bad.
- I think there’s a lag.
👩🏫 Lag (N.) = การเคลื่อนไหวช้า / หน่วง
เมื่อตนเองสัญญาณหลุดออกจากห้องประชุมออนไลน์ แล้วกลับเข้ามาใหม่ได้ จะพูดว่า
- Sorry, I got disconnected.
เมื่อต้องการแจ้งว่าผู้ร่วมประชุมสัญญาณหลุดไป
- Sorry, you cut out there (for a sec / second / minute).
- We lost you for a minute there.
เมื่อเปิดเอกสารที่ยังโหลดไม่เสร็จ ระหว่างรอ สามารถพูดได้ว่า
- One moment. It’s still loading.
เมื่อคอมค้างหรือเกิดปัญหาทางเทคนิค แล้วแก้ไขสำเร็จและกลับมาเข้าประชุมต่อ
- Sorry, my computer froze / crashed. I had to reboot it.
- My computer keeps freezing.
เมื่อคอมช้า
- Sorry, my computer is running slow.
- The video is laggy / slow. I’ll turn it off.
เมื่อสงสัยว่าคอมคนอื่นค้าง
- I think his / her / your computer froze / has frozen / is frozen / crashed.
- I think your video is lagging / out of sync.
- I think there is a lag.
